The journey that started with generative user research to understand when users start thinking about car insurance when buying a new car and finished with driving a significant increase to gross profit per vehicle sold.
If you are familiar with Google Venture’s Design Sprint, then you know what can happen when a small group of cross discipline teammates get together for a week and dedicate themselves to solving a problem. This is our version of that.
Understanding the problem is at least half the battle, and in this project I peeled back the onion as far as I could.
